SAP Rating of 99 Achieved for New House

We have received an as built SAP rating of 99 out of a possible 100 for this new project, the superstructure is to be of  SIPS construction by local company Point 1  with Thermo tapered insulation to the roof.

This is an extremely high rating for a new house with the average reported to be as low as 67.   and effectively suggests little to no energy from the grid will be required to run the home.
