We have received planning permission for a new single-storey dwelling in Chelmsford.
The project is a 2 bedroom build with a large Living/Dining/Kitchen space that utilises the South facing views and maximises natural light through the use of a long rooflight connecting through to the entrance. It features a large green roof to deal with surface water run-off and to reduce the visual impact of the building on neighbouring properties from first floor windows.
