We have received planning permission for the remodel and extension to the ground and first floor of an existing cottage in Oxford.
The remodel and extension will provide the house with three bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a guest bedroom that will double up as a snug. The redesign was crafted to compliment the home's existing character, featuring pitched dormers that reflect the cottage style and the local context.
