Our barn conversion project located in Cheshire has recently been approved via Class Q permission and we are currently working on the technical design stage. The project includes the conversion of two linked barns, one of which is steel-framed and the other is a timber-framed former piggery. Once completed the conversion will provide a spacious 4 bedroom dwelling with fantastic views of the open countryside. The building will be highly insulated and utilise renewable technologies such as Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR,) Air-source Heat Pump with underfloor heating and Solar PV Panels.
