This project is nearing completion which looks to create a new passive standard home to replace a former fire damaged bungalow on a sloping site in the small village of South Croxton. Set across three levels, three wings spread outwards from a central rotunda where the roof forms aim to mimic that of nearby agricultural buildings.
The clients are keen to build an extremely well performing house which is likely to achieve Passivhaus standard.
