Our conversion project of a much altered former farmhouse located in North Wales is now under construction after receiving building regulations approval. The project includes several extensions to the ground and first floors at the rear, front, and side of the building, creating an additional bedroom, a new living room, and a balcony that offers stunning views of the open countryside.
The building will be highly insulated and utilise renewable technologies such as Air-source Heat Pump with underfloor heating and Solar PV Panels. The new extension walls will be constructed using insulated stone and block, while the existing stone walls will be finished with a new lime render.
