Pre-App Submitted for Barn Conversion

We have submitted a pre-application to Shropshire Council for the conversion of a redundant barn into 2 dwellings

About Pre-Applications -

These applications are now encouraged by many local authorities as it can give an indication as to whether there is a reasonable chance of gaining planning permission before the design is developed too far.  This can sometimes help you avoid abortive design costs if we can address any issues raised early on before developing the design for the main planning application.

The advise received should also include a list of information which will be required for the main planning application which ensures we have a fully prepared package of information before submitting and therefore avoiding delays.
