PLANNING GRANTED

Planning has been granted for this high performance home in Shropshire. The project received a positive response at pre-app stage from the local authority but was delayed during the main planning application due to bat droppings being identified in the existing house which was due to be demolished. As bat surveys can only be carried out at certain times of the year (March - September)  the application was put on hold until an updated survey could be carried out.

The updated survey found no evidence of bats and therefore Full Planning was granted!
