Greenspace Architects Ltd: Coronavirus/Covid-19 working arrangements

Covid-19

18th March 2020 -

To all our clients, contractors, consultants, colleagues and collaborators

We are all adjusting to a 'new normal' and I hope you are not too severely affected. We plan to keep the Ellesmere office fully staffed for the time being, with staff visiting Amersham and Swindon depending on demand. We have, however, made arrangements for all staff to work from home should it come to this, with server access and collaboration software already in place. Periodic visits to the offices are still envisaged. Calls should be made to 01691 623889 (unless you have mobile numbers) and will divert to my mobile in the first instance: email will be unaffected.

For projects this should mean no loss of office productivity, but face-to-face meetings and site visits will need to be carefully considered: 'social distancing' (i.e. maintaining a space of at least 2m to the next person) and good hand hygiene should suffice in the case of site visits, but it may be better if other meetings are held via video calling (Skype, WhatsApp) or simply by telephone. This should be agreed between the people involved on a case-by-case basis.

We are carefully following Government guidelines and will respond and update you as appropriate: in the meantime we plan to maintain our service to you at the level you expect.

Best Wishes
